Retrogusto is an independent food and lifestyle magazine about traditional food and unusual culture. Every month the issue treat specifically a single gastronomic product (the first is dedicated to the octopus). Techniques and recipes are told with reference on Italian cities and related to peculiar stories and traditions. The strength of the magazine, however, is its double reading; in addition to the culinary section, turning the journal, there are various cultural contents ranging between art, design, fashion and music. In the editorial world that we designed, we also prototyped a digital version of the magazine that enrich of contents and implement the printed version with multimedia content such as video recipes and animations.
